Seated on the left;

sitting on the right.

The left side of the brain,

logical, analytical, concise.

The right side of the brain,

expressive empath

delving into social delicacies.

Two polarizing sides,

of the same coin

of human experience.

One inked with the ratio,

the circumference of pi,

for us simple folk,

3.1459 etcetera,

branded on his right wrist.

The other whose skin

is as clean as the day

she was formed,

in her mother's womb.

Analytical brain thrives

on deep discussions delving

into time, relativity and math.

Empathic brain savoring

conversations compounding

on complex social interactions.

Logical brain dressed,

in black and white.

Empathic brain

in bright, bold colors.

Never assume

your poor opposite

is your foil.

They are the light,

or shadow,

that illuminates

your true self.

Because the left

hi-fives the

palm of the right

in a cacophony

of unison.

A stylized illustration of a brain split down the middle, with one side in monochrome, filled with mathematical symbols, gears, and equations. The other side is vibrant, with colorful swirls, paintbrush strokes, and expressive forms, representing creativity and empathy.
